Materials Systems for Sustainability and Health

Xiaoyu Sui received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Materialogy from Tongji University, China, and earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Engineering from the University of Chicago in 2022. He then worked as a postdoctoral scholar at Northwestern University from 2022 to 2024 before returning to the University of Chicago.

Xiaoyu's current research is on nanoscale engineering of advanced nanomaterials and additive manufacturing technique for water sensor and energy storage applications.
