Peng recieved his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry from Fudan University, China. He joined Dr. Chen's group at the University of Chicago in May 2025, where he is studying FET-based devices for water sensing applications. Before joining Uchicago, he worked as an engineer at Corning Shanghai Co., Ltd. Peng earned his B.S. degree from Northwest Univeristy in China.
Current Research
Peng's reseach focuses on design and fabrication of FET devices based on 2D materials for water sensing.
